An elderly, eccentric former NASA employee, faced with his impending death, calls his granddaughter to his side to pass on the knowledge he has kept hidden his whole life – the origin of the human species.
In a race against the clock, Everett is faced with the reality of dying with his life-long secrets or passing on the knowledge he has kept hidden so long. Sworn to the classified secrets of a major government agency – Everett always thought he would take it to his grave. But dying changes a man and as his dementia worsens, he begins to think it’s a good idea to let the secrets live, in spite of the cost to himself and his confidants. The desire to break the human race free of their oblivious oppression overtakes Everett’s sensibilities and he puts everyone he loves in danger.
